Particularly good, efficient location in the boulevard.- Just off the autoroute, hill on the way back, and beautiful Bourgogne and Auxerre.I found The Originals Boutique, Hotel Normandie in Auxerre to be an excellent place to stay for exploring Auxerre. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and caring. The hotel's location on the boulevard was particularly good and convenient. being just off the autoroute made it easy to access, and the views of the beautiful Bourgogne and Auxerre added to the overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the old part of Auxerre and within walking distance of the river. We booked the room for two adults and one child (age 16) and were pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfortable; there was plenty of space and the room was quiet even though it faced the road. We even had a fireplace. The bathroom was large enough and very clean. It was not a problem for us to have our dog with us and the people at reception were friendly and helpful. We parked across the street without a problem--no charge.
